Cornwallis Crescent East

Cornwallis Crescent East

Cornwallis Crescent East consists of a row of ten Georgian houses.

To the south of these houses there is a large communal garden of well over an acre. It contains a long herbaceous border, a long lawn and beyond that a large area of wild woodland. The woods provide homes for badgers, bats, foxes, a wide variety of birds and insects. It is a rather extraordinary place to be found so near the centre of a busy city.
